Audubon Yoga Studio, founded and directed by Becky Lloyd, offers a friendly, safe and encouraging setting for students to learn and experience Iyengar yoga.
Classes are rigorous and rewarding, challenging and inspiring. Students are guided in the exploration of asana (postures) and how the understanding of Yoga leads to a deeper understanding of our true Self. Students receive guidance in how to begin a personal home practice best suited for them. We strive to incorporate Yoga philosophy into each class for students to weave into their daily lives.

The Thursday 6pm will start May 18 (no class May 11). The Sat 10:30 class will not meet May 27, June 24, Aug 12 due to workshops with visiting Senior Iyengar teachers (the 8:45 class WILL meet on these dates). No classes July 4.
Mixed Level classes are open to all levels — beginners are welcome!
