Casey
Love began her study
of Iyengar yoga in 2000. She assisted at the studio early on and
began teaching in 2002. She is a dedicated practitioner and easily
shares her enthusiasm for Iyengar yoga with her students. Casey is a certified Iyengar yoga teacher. She has two sons and is a member of the fabulous Camel Toe Lady Steppers.
Mary Ann Travis has been practicing and teaching Iyengar yoga for more than 20 years. She has been apprenticing with Becky at Audubon Yoga Studio over the past year. She currently studies regularly with Karin O'Bannon and has attended many workshops over the years with other senior Iyengar teachers . She is dedicated to sharing with students the joys and challenges of Iyengar yoga.
Karin O'Bannon is a devoted, long-time practitioner of Iyengar Yoga. She has taught students and established teacher training programs in both Rishikesh and in southern California where she taught for over 20 years. In 1996 she was granted Senior Intermediate III certification by BKS Iyengar. Presently living in Shreveport, LA, Karin visits Audubon Yoga regularly throughout the year to share her expertise and insight into the art and practice of Iyengar yoga.
She will teach intermediate workshops at Audubon Yoga Studio throughout the year. Please take this special opportunity to experience Karin's wise and compassionate teaching.
Tracy Rene Helms-Capasso discovered the benefits of yoga in 1987 when she studied with Lou Hoyt, a Junior Intermediate certified Iyengar teacher. Her enthusiasm led her to begin teaching in 1990. She has taught in various settings including spas, yoga studios, and hospitals. She has studied with many Senior Iyengar teachers over the last 20 years. Tracy Rene is married and has two sons, Gabriel and Nathan Luke. |
