The Louisiana Himalaya Association (LHA) and the Tibetan House present two public talks by Khentrul Lodro Thaye Rinpoche. The first will be held at the Tibetan House on Thursday, Feb 9, 7-9pm. The second will be held at Audubon Yoga Studio.

Khentrul Rinpoche will reveal how we can enjoy much greater well-being in our lives by sharing some remarkable and little known tools for transforming adversity. The vast majority of us have never considered this method for transforming our experience. It is an unparalleled approach which directly pertains to the modern challenges we face.
Rinpoche was born in Tibet. He became a monk at the age of seven and spent thirty years studying meditation and techniques for working with the mind to bring positive change into the world from the inside out. He is the abbot of a monastery in Eastern Tibet, but has been in the United States since 2002. He oversees over twenty meditation groups across the United States and Canada. His main retreat center is in Parthenon, Arkansas.
