Students are welcome to drop in to classes any time during the session. You may sign up online or pay by check, cash or credit card at the door.

Mardi Gras Break: classes will not meet in the evening on Wednesday, Feb 7, through the morning Feb 14 class. The Saturday Intermediate class will not meet Jan 20 and March 3 due to the workshop with Randy Just.

I practice Iyengar yoga because it both challenges me and satisfies me. It helps me maintain strength and flexibility as I age. I find it beneficial to my body, my mind and my heart. I teach Iyengar yoga to share these benefits of yoga with others.
